Dustpan with broom. It is clear to everyone that dustpans no longer need to be made of metal in the age of plastic. But who said that a dustpan must always have a handle? Is a handle hole not sufficient for equally good handling when collecting dirt? Ole Jensen has explicitly and extraordinarily answered this question with a resounding yes in his design of a dustpan with broom for the Danish manufacturer Normann Copenhagen: a gently curved polypropylene scoop that flexibly adapts to the surface, paired with a sleek hand broom made of birch wood, quickly surpasses the original model both aesthetically and functionally. Additionally, the hand broom features natural bristles that make sweeping and collecting dirt significantly easier. The dustpan set from Normann Copenhagen can be easily hung up using the existing hole in the broom's wooden handle, threaded with the scoop's handle hole. Awarded Formland 2002.
