Product details

Oil-only absorbent booms, pack of 2, length 6 m, diameter 130 mm.

Designed to absorb and contain oil on water – also ideal for use on land. The outer layer is UV-resistant, impact-resistant, and tear-resistant. The absorbent booms float even when saturated. Filled with polypropylene.

These absorbent booms repel water but soak up oils and hydrocarbons. Their natural, chemical-resistant properties allow them to absorb oil while repelling water-based liquids. A rope runs through the entire mesh cover, providing strength when deploying and retrieving the booms. The rope can withstand a tensile load of up to 182 kg. UV-resistant for outdoor use for up to one year.

Suitable for the following liquids: motor oil, hydraulic oil, gasoline, diesel, kerosene, acetone, ethyl alcohol, toluene, xylene, etc.
