Ingredients
Chocolate powder 74% (sugar, cocoa powder), vegetable fats (palm and palm kernel fat), glucose syrup, gelling agents (E460, E516, E401, E404, E440), emulsifiers (E477, E471, E472a), modified starch, MILK MINERAL CONCENTRATE, caramel (sugar, invert sugar syrup (CH: Invert liquid sugar)), low-fat cocoa powder, stabiliser (E450), MILK WHITE, flavourings. May contain NUTS, EGG, SOY and GLUTEN
Instructions for use
1. place the dessert powder in a mixer. Stir in the cold semi-skimmed milk (between +2°C and +5°C) with a mixer (whisk attachment) until a homogeneous mixture is formed. 2. Beat for 2 minutes at low speed, then for 5 minutes at high speed. 3. Portion into dessert bowls and chill for at least 1.5 hours (0°C - +3°C). Store in a dry place and protect from heat. Close tightly after opening.
