The oil from coriander seeds has a flavor with floral citrus notes that only slightly leans towards coriander greens. Coriander seed oil pairs excellently with citrus fruits as well as with olives or olive oil. A culinary tip is to add a drop of coriander oil to fresh goat cheese.
