Product details
The brown wild millet (Uruchloa Ramosa) The brown wild millet is the original millet and has a very high content of minerals and trace elements. Unlike golden millet, brown millet cannot be hulled or cooked until soft and can therefore only be processed when ground. Millet, like oats, belongs to the grass family and was originally native to East India. However, it has been cultivated in northern Europe since pre-Christian times and is one of our oldest cultivated plants. Millet is a gluten-free cereal and can be an important article in the diet of people with gluten intolerance.
