For our Carob Cream, we process the naturally sweet, ground pods of Sicilian carob trees with cashew nuts, cocoa butter, almond oil, and vanilla.
The result: a wonderful, sweet spread that contains no cocoa powder yet still has a flavor reminiscent of chocolate.
