Product details

Sometimes, a perfect product can be made even more perfect by highlighting additional benefits. This is the case with polylactic acid (PLA), which is the raw material for CPLA (Crystallised Polylactic Acid). Through crystallization, further strengths of this natural resource emerge: CPLA is perfectly suited for hot applications and can withstand temperatures up to 85 °C, making it ideal for coffee cups, for example. The material also gains strength, allowing for the production of extremely shape-stable cutlery, among other things. The crystallization gives CPLA a naturally milky appearance. With the addition of color, the naturesse cutlery range is also available in beige or black, enhancing its aesthetic appeal. CPLA also impresses with its natural feel. Pure PLA is used for naturesse CPLA products – no mixed compounds are utilized. The raw material base is guaranteed to be non-GMO and is processed into 100 percent biodegradable and stylish products without the addition of petroleum.
