Bread mix with whole grain rice flour. An easy-to-use mix for making fresh bread at home, but not just that. This mix is the ideal base for pizza dough or brioche. The baker's yeast is included in the recipe.

For food preparation. Mix 500 g of the mix with 400 ml of lukewarm water. Pour the mixture into a baking pan. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes, then bake for 45 minutes at 200°C in the oven.
