Pumpkin seed oil has an intense nutty flavor. Before pressing, the pumpkin seeds are brushed, cleaned, ground, and then roasted, which gives the oil its incomparable roasted aroma.

Special features: The raw materials for Naturata oils come, whenever possible, from biodynamic farmers. The organic pioneer sources local products from farmers in the region, while other specialties are obtained from long-standing project partners in Europe or worldwide. The designation "native" stands for a special quality class in organic oils. The quality criteria have been clearly defined by the Federal Association of Natural Food and Products (BNN): The raw materials come exclusively from controlled organic sources and are pressed solely by mechanical means, without external heat application (cold-pressed). Production: The oil is pressed gently without external heat application, preserving its valuable ingredients. In a three-stage, gentle filtration process, the oils are refined. Unlike many other methods, Naturata oils are filtered without auxiliary substances and centrifuges. The oil flows through filters under low pressure, which is particularly important for quality and flavor. In the quality laboratory, numerous quality parameters are continuously measured and monitored for both the raw materials and the finished oils. Throughout the entire processing process, care is taken to ensure that minimal oxygen enters the oil, which could lead to quality-reducing oxidation.
