The creamy garlic sauce offers an intense garlic flavor that is a true taste experience. What makes it special is that it is vegan. The sauce is finely rounded off with a hint of lemon and herbs like oregano and parsley. With a spiciness level of zero out of four chili peppers, it is very mild. It pairs excellently with baked potatoes and vegetables, but also with steaks, smoked tofu, and other vegetarian and vegan alternatives. Additionally, the garlic sauce is great as an addition to salad dressings or as a dip for raw vegetables. It is sweetened exclusively with agave syrup, and we use guar gum as a thickening agent.
