Naturata Dinkel Lasagne Bio

For over 30 years, the Demeter spelt used for Naturata spelt pasta has come from a Demeter producer community of around 25 farmers from the Swabian Jura in Baden-Württemberg. Early agreements on quantities, fair prices, and reliable purchase commitments provide the farmers with an economic basis for their operations. Even before sowing, the required amounts of grain are discussed, allowing for a targeted alignment of the crop rotation. The soil and weather conditions around the Swabian Jura are optimal for traditional spelt varieties, which give Naturata pasta a fine, nutty flavor. Located north of Stuttgart is also the small processing facility where the pasta is handmade. The short transport routes, along with production according to strict biodynamic criteria, contribute to the protection of natural resources.
