Ingredients and instructions for use

Skimmed milk powder*, Bifidobacterium lactis, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. Bulgaricus. * Products from Organic Farming. Underlined information is intended for people with allergies or intolerances.
Instructions for use
Ingredients to add: ½L milk (for one dose from the sachet) Preparation time: 2 min Fermentation: 8 hours on average in a yogurt maker (refer to the manufacturer's instructions for the incubation time depending on the yogurt maker). Instructions for use: Use perfectly clean utensils. Dissolve the ferment in 2 tablespoons of milk, then gradually pour in the remaining milk. Depending on your recipe, add sugar, jam, flavourings, etc. Pour into pots and place in the yogurt maker for an average of 8 hours. Once finished, place in the fridge and leave to cool for a few hours before eating. *You can re-pot the fermented dessert up to 5 times, provided that good hygiene and conditions of use are respected: use 1 125 ml jar of fermented dessert for 1 L of milk. As the Bifidobacterium lactis strain does not re-seed, you will obtain classic fermented desserts.
