Instructions for use
Ingredients to add: 1L mineral water (for 1 sachet dose) Preparation time: 2 min Fermentation: 48H at room temperature (20-25°C) Instructions for use: Use perfectly clean utensils. Pour the powder into a sealable 1L container. Depending on your taste, add 1 or 2 slices of lemon, 1 or 2 dried fruits (fig, apricot, etc.) and 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar. Fill your container with 1 litre of water at room temperature and close tightly. Leave to ferment for 48 hours at room temperature (20 - 25°C). When the dried fruit has risen to the surface, your kefir is ready. Strain the contents through a sieve to remove the fruit. Serve chilled. A slight white deposit may form at the bottom of the bottle, this is perfectly normal. Kefir can be re-produced up to 8 times, subject to good conditions of hygiene and use: use 100 ml of kefir and repeat the instructions.
