This product was formerly known as 'Scottish Oats Extra Fine'. Instant Oats is an excellent source of low GI (glycemic index) carbohydrates that you need for your regular training.

We source the finest Scottish oats and grind them into an extra fine powder that provides the body with a sustained supply of low GI carbohydrates. The product is mixed with the drink of your choice.

Instant oats are an extremely healthy source of carbohydrates because they provide the body with an uninterrupted supply of energy. This makes it particularly suitable for those who want to get even more out of their workout or who simply want to absorb more carbohydrates. Thanks to its ultra-fine powder form, it retains all the nutrients and benefits of "normal" oats and tastes really good too.

Recommended consumption:

Take 1-3 times daily or as needed to increase fibre intake. Mix 100 g with water, milk or fruit juice (amount according to taste). For best results, mix in a shaker with screw cap.
