Impact Whey Protein is made from high-quality whey protein, provides an impressive 21g of protein per serving (25g) and contains all essential amino acids, including 4.5g of BCAAs and 3.6g of glutamine. Furthermore, the whey protein is produced using a special instantisation process, which results in better solubility. Recommended intake:
Pour 150–250 ml of water or milk into the shaker (the less liquid you use, the thicker the shake will be). Then add one heaped large measuring spoon (25g) of the mix, shake and enjoy. Take two to three times a day or as required.
