Our organic buckwheat comes from Austria and is an excellent source of high-quality protein as well as vitamins B1, B2, and E. Additionally, it contains valuable minerals such as iron, calcium, and magnesium. Although the name "buckwheat" suggests a grain, it botanically belongs to the family of knotweed and is classified as a pseudocereal. Buckwheat is naturally gluten-free, making it ideal for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance. Notably, it also has a high content of the essential amino acid lysine, which is three times higher than in other grains.
