Morga pizza dough mix gluten-free organic (350g)
Flour mix for pizza dough!
Preparation
Mix the dry mix with 9g of organic dry yeast, add 250ml of lukewarm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Knead briefly with a dough hook. Place the dough in a baking tray lined with baking paper and roll out to approximately 30 x 40 cm (about 2mm thick). Cover and let it rest in a warm place for 20 minutes. Pre-bake the dough at 180°C for 15 minutes. Then cover with tomato sauce or pizza ingredients and bake for another 10-15 minutes at 240°C.
