Product details

Maranta flour, also known as arrowroot flour, is derived from the tubers of the West Indian Maranta arundinacea. Tapioca starch flour is made from the tubers of the cassava plant, Manihot esculenta L. After the dried tubers are processed using special methods, they become odorless and flavorless. Thanks to its unique composition, this starch flour is an ideal ingredient for healthy cooking.
