Instructions for use | Pea gratin with millet for 4 people: 100g peas, 100g golden millet, 6dl water, thyme, marjoram, 1 chopped onion, Holle herb salt, ground pepper, nutmeg, 2tbsp lemon juice, 100g grated mild mountain cheese. Guss: 100g quark, 1 egg, 2dl milk, soy sauce, herb salt. Boil the peas soaked overnight with water, thyme, marjoram and the onion until soft. After 45 minutes, stir in the golden millet, leave to swell for 15 minutes and season. Mix the ingredients for the glaze separately. Spread the pea and millet mixture, cheese and topping in a greased gratin dish. Bake at 200øC for 30min. |
