Composition: Organic sucrose*, gelling agent: pectin (non-amidated), acidifying agent: tartaric acid, manufacturing agent: calcium citrate. *from organic production. 82% of the agricultural ingredients come from organic farming.
Properties: Gelimo Trio 3x50g for jams. Gelling agents are food additives that swell in water and bind water. Therefore, they are suitable for jam production. The base is fruit pectin. Gelimo is vegan.
Application: Boil 1 kg of fruit with a little water (40 ml) until the fruit is soft. At the end of the cooking process, slowly add 30-50 g of Gelimo per 1 kg of fruit, depending on the gelling strength of the fruit. Stir well and boil for 1 minute. Only then slowly add 900 g of sugar.
