Product details

Preparation: Mix the flour mixture and yeast, then add lukewarm milk and soft butter cubes to a bowl and knead into a soft dough. Allow the dough to rest for 3-4 minutes, then knead again. Shape the dough into a large plait or two or three small plaits, as desired. Cover the plait and let it rise in a warm place for 2 hours. After rising, brush the plait twice with egg and bake in the middle of a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) or 200°C (top and bottom heat). Bake according to the size of the plaits: three small plaits for approximately 25 minutes, two small plaits for approximately 30 minutes, and a large plait for approximately 35 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack.

Instructions for use
Mix the flour mixture and yeast (9g dry yeast or 27g fresh yeast), pour 3 dl lukewarm milk and 60g soft butter cubes into a bowl and knead into a soft, smooth dough. Shape the dough into a large plait, 2 or 3 small plaits as required. Leave to rise for 2 hours. Brush the plait with an egg and bake in the centre of a preheated oven at 180°C. Bake for approx. 25 to 35 minutes, depending on the size of the plait.
