Product details

Apricot kernels are extracted by carefully cracking the stone of the apricot fruit. They closely resemble almonds in appearance and have a flavor that is very similar to their relatives. The oil is obtained from the kernels through pressing. What remains afterwards is known as the press cake, which is then gently ground into fine apricot kernel flour.

In terms of flavor, apricot kernel flour has a very subtle marzipan note and is high in protein and fiber, making it ideal for moist baked goods and providing a good bite. Additionally, it is lactose-free and vegan.

It can be used for desserts, low-carb diets, smoothies, and baking.
