Morga Agar-Agar Gelling Agent (150g)

With the plant-based gelling agent Agar-Agar, you can create creams, cake glazes, and desserts. This plant-based thickening agent in powder form is suitable for thickening sauces, cake fillings, and desserts.

1/2 teaspoon (approximately 1.5g) of Agar-Agar corresponds to the gelling power of 6 gelatin sheets and gels 500ml of liquid (water, milk, fruit juice, etc.).

Application

  • Sprinkle Morga Agar-Agar into the cold liquid and bring to a boil while stirring frequently for 1-2 minutes.
  • Immediately process further and allow the dish to cool.
