Instructions for use | Mix 30 g (1 slightly heaped measuring spoon, leveled off) with 300 ml of cold, unsweetened almond milk in a blender or shaker. Tip: Alternatively, you can also prepare your shake with water, low-fat milk (1.5%) or another plant-based drink of your choice (this will alter the nutritional values). Also perfect as an ingredient in porridge or for baking. It is recommended to consume 1–3 portions per day, e.g. after (or before) a workout and in the morning after getting up. |
