Optifast Tomato Soup (8x55g)

Optifast Diet Soup is a weight loss soup designed for weight management or as part of a daily ration for weight control. It contains sweeteners. The soup provides a pleasant feeling of fullness thanks to its special combination of protein, fiber, and carbohydrates.

Usage:

• Add the contents of one sachet to 200 ml of cold or warm water (max. 50ºC).
• Stir with a whisk or shake well in a mixing cup until the powder is completely dissolved.

Usage Recommendations:

• Meal replacement for weight management: Replace one or two main meals daily with one sachet of Optifast Soup (1 sachet = 1 main meal).
• The Optifast Soup for weight loss is effective only as part of a low-calorie diet; other foods must be included in this diet.
• Daily ration for weight management: When used as a daily ration for weight control (4 sachets/day), Optifast provides sufficient amounts of all essential nutrients for the day.
• Ensure adequate fluid intake. It is recommended to drink at least 2 liters of a calorie-free or low-calorie beverage per day.
