With vanilla cream powder, you can create perfect vanilla and pastry cream for éclairs, cakes, pastries, and cream slices. To do this, the powder is boiled with milk, sugar, and possibly egg yolk, and mixed into a homogeneous mass. For an especially airy cream, a bit of whipped cream is added at the end.
Ingredients: Cornstarch, wheat starch, vanilla flavoring, colorings (E160a, E101), antioxidants (E301), thickening agent (E413).
