Pectin NH is a high-quality, plant-based gelling agent that has been specially developed for the production of glossy fruit glazes, fruit coatings such as mirror ice cream or fruit toppings for cakes, tarts and small patisserie pieces. It is characterised by its high gelling power, stability and ease of use and is vegan, gluten-free and free from artificial additives. The pectin is mixed with the sugar and incorporated into the fruit processing while stirring constantly and heated until a uniform mass is formed. This is how you conjure up shiny fruit toppings, glees and fruit fillings to enhance your baked goods. Ingredients: Gelling agent: admidated pectin E440i, stabiliser: disodium disphosphate E450i, dextrose, acidifier: tricalcium phosphate E341iii. Allergens: None.
