Product details

This Gianduja base is a mixture of roasted hazelnuts and powdered sugar. When you add tempered couverture to this mixture, you get what is known as Gianduja, also referred to as nougat in Germany. The amount of couverture added can be varied according to the desired consistency or intended use. By adjusting the amount of couverture, the hazelnut Gianduja can be made firmer or softer.

Ingredients: Sucrose, hazelnut paste (28.2%), cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin.

Allergens: Milk, soybeans, tree nuts.
