What should I do with the egg yolk if I only need the egg white? The yolk is too precious to throw away. That's why we have a nature-friendly alternative to fresh egg whites for your delicacies. Pasteurized egg white powder is mixed with water and can then be used just like fresh egg whites, for example, to whip up a stiff foam. Simply add 1 part powder to 5 parts cold water and mix it. 5 g of the powder and 25 g of water correspond to one egg white.
