As with traditional spice grinders, the mechanism is located at the bottom of the glass for easier and quicker use. The practical closure system of the grinders allows for simplified operation. To grind the spice, simply turn the body of the grinder in the direction indicated on the glass. A turn in the opposite direction closes the grinder again, preserving the full flavor.

Thanks to this refined system, there are no leftover pepper, herbs, or spices on the table or countertop: the grinder is airtight until the next use.
