This is a Solid 160 Mix Box – 6 x Solid 160 + 6 x Solid C 160. Maurten Solid 160 is a high-energy bar made from oats and rice. Each package contains 40 g of carbohydrates, divided into two individual bars of 20 g each, so you can refuel as needed. Both varieties of this quick, light, low-fiber, and carbohydrate-rich fuel are included in one box!
