Ingredients
Ingredients: MOLK protein concentrate, low fat cocoa powder, whole MILK powder, chicory root fiber, flavorings, refined coconut oil, barley malt extract, thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K). Contains BARSTONE, MILK products. May contain traces of EI, SOY and SULFIT.
Instructions for use
Mix 1 to 2 scoops (35 to 70g) in 250ml of water or milk in a shaker. For optimum results: take 2x daily, 1x in the morning and 1x after training or in the afternoon on rest days. 1 dispenser for muscle maintenance, 2 dispensers for muscle building.
