Instructions for use
To cook, stir the cornflour in cold, add to the hot liquid or food and bring to the boil briefly while continuing to stir. For 1 litre of liquid you need: Puddings 80-90 g Fruit dishes 80-90 g Soups/sauces 30-50 g For baking Maizena makes your baked goods light and fluffy. Replace part of the flour with cornflour: Sponge dough 1/4 cornflour, 3/4 flour Shortcrust pastry 1/3 cornflour, 2/3 flour Sponge cake 1/2 cornflour, 1/2 flour Fondue (600 g) Dissolve 1 tsp cornflour in a little kirsch (cherry brandy) or white wine and stir into the fondue. 1 level tablespoon = 10 g 1 level teaspoon = 3 g Store in a dry place and not above room temperature.
