Original enjoyment from Lake Constance (Hegau), made from the ancient grain variety Oberkulmer Red Corn. This traditional spelt variety is considered particularly easy to digest and nutrient-rich. The organic pasta is traditionally produced in a nearby artisanal workshop and dried slowly and gently.
