Usage
As a fine side dish with butter, a bit of pesto, or olive oil. As the main star with sauce or pesto.
How is it made?
Our organic spelt comes from our own production at the Mahler family estate on Eichberg above Seengen. Only pure, non-crossbred spelt is cultivated. The mill in Seengen, where the grain is gently processed, is only 1 km from the farm.
Quality
