Mahler & Co. Kalamata olives without stone, marinated

Dark olives, without color additives. The olives come from Greek olive groves on the Peloponnese peninsula, where they are cultivated until full ripeness. To preserve the authentic taste, exceptional aroma, and crunchy texture, the olives are processed cold and then packaged in a protective atmosphere (oxygen removal). This allows the olives to retain a maximum of their natural ingredients. Another significant advantage of this product innovation is the long shelf life of these raw olives, even without refrigeration.
