Quinoa was cultivated by the Incas in South America over 6000 years ago and served as a nourishing staple food. Quinoa is considered the highest plant-based protein source available. It is a gluten-free plant from the buttercup family. Preparation: Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for just 2 to 3 minutes until slightly al dente. Rinse briefly with hot water. The pasta will continue to cook slightly.

Instructions for use
Prepare: Cook the pasta for just 2 ?? 3 minutes in boiling salted water until just al dente. Rinse briefly under hot water. The pasta will still have a slight aftertaste.
