Incomparably full of flavour, full of enjoyment! The grated coconut is of a high quality and very fresh.
After harvesting the coconut, which can weigh up to 2.5 kg, the coconut water is poured off and the brown husk is removed from the white kernel. The kernels for the grated coconut are then grated by machine and finally dried.
