For our handmade organic pasta, we use the finest Swiss organic spelt from regional cultivation, which is processed with great care at the Töpferhaus Foundation in Suhr near Aarau. The foundation has been supporting people with mental disabilities since 1981. This is a matter close to our hearts!.
