WHEAT FLOUR, maize starch, herbs and spices (paprika, garlic, chilli, black pepper, thyme, cumin, parsley, bay leaf), vegetable powder 15% (tomatoes 10%, onions 5%), iodised salt, hydrolysed vegetable proteinvegetable powder 15% (tomatoes 10%, onions 5%), iodised table salt, hydrolysed vegetable protein (WHEAT PROTEIN, salt), yeast extract, flavouring (with BARLEY), caramelised sugar, sunflower oil, acidity regulator (citric acid), chilli and paprika extracts, palm fat. May contain: CELERY, EGGS, MILK, MUSTARD, SOYA.
Instructions for use
FRESH TO GO WITH:350g sliced meat (beef or chicken)100g mushrooms1 pepperoni / poivron1 dl cream1 tbsp olive oil / huile d'olivePowder preparation ƒfor sauce with herbs, spices and vegetablesSlice the mushrooms and cut the pepperoni into strips.Sauté the meat in hot olive oil, briefly fry the mushrooms and chilli strips.2 dl cold water and cream and stir in the contents of the sachet. Bring to the boil and simmer over a low heat for approx. 10 mins. Tip: Serve with 60g rice p.p. (160g cooked).TIP: SQUEEZE AN ONION CUT IN STRIPS WITH THE VEGETABLES AND ADD 1-2 VINEGAR CUCUMBERS CUT IN FINE STRIPS JUST BEFORE THE END OF THE COOKING TIME. Store in a dry place. Protect from heat.
