Instructions for use | One of the most important applications of Himalayan crystal salt is the preparation of a so-called "brine". To do this, place a few chunks of pink or, even better, white HALITE in a sealable jar and fill it up with spring water that is as still as possible (do not use mineral water and never use carbonated water). After a few days, a saturated solution with a salt content of approx. 26% is formed. Undissolved chunks can be left in the jar and more water can be added if necessary. When all the salt has dissolved, add more. The resulting brine can be used for months without any problems, as the salt itself is a natural preservative. Take a teaspoonful of this SOLE salt solution every day in a glass of water of approx. 2.5 dl and drink it in the morning after getting up on an empty stomach. Again, spring water is recommended. Himalayan crystal salt is ideal for flavouring all dishes and is currently, to our knowledge, the most wholesome type of salt on earth. Good Himalayan table salt consists of light to pink-coloured salt crystals that have grown over millions of years, and all the ingredients are contained in a form that can be absorbed by our bodies. |
