Ingredients and instructions for use

Ingredients
White rice flour, semi-finished rice flour, manioc starch, chickpea flour, baking powder (potato starch, potassium tartrate, sodium carbonate), MixGom (psyllium, acacia gum), dehydrated and dehydrated sourdough from buckwheat and quinoa, sea salt. Legend: Organic, Bud, Demeter.
Instructions for use
To prepare 3 thin pastries (25 cm diameter) in 5 minutes: - Preheat the oven to 210°C (Th 7) fan oven. - Gradually mix the contents of the bag (350g) with 325ml lukewarm water. - Add 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice (optional) and mix to a smooth dough. - Divide the dough into 3 balls, place the dough between a baking tray and cling film and roll out. This technique prevents the dough from sticking. - Cover the dough (after removing the cling film) and bake for 20-25 minutes in a hot oven at 210 °C (Th 7). - If the topping is moist (watery vegetables...), it is possible to pre-bake the dough 10 minutes before topping.
