Löbke Olive and tomato panini

Bake your own rolls. Gift or bake this roll mix.

The contents of the bottle yield about 30 rolls.

Olive-Tomato Panini Rolls, 780g

Preparation:

Pour the contents of the bottle into a bowl and add lukewarm water. Knead everything by hand or with a dough hook (about 3 – 4 minutes) until the dough easily comes away from the bottom of the bowl.

Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes in a warm place, covered with a cloth. Then knead the dough again. Shape 30 rolls as desired and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow the rolls to rise on the baking sheet for another 20 – 30 minutes until their volume has doubled. Then lightly brush the rolls with water and bake in a preheated oven at 185 °C (fan) for about 15 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

Tip: Place 1 cup of water in the oven while preheating. This helps the rolls rise better.
