Löbke Baking mix beer-bread

Baking mix in a jar for delicious beer bread. What you will need: 1 bottle of beer (500 ml). Jar is reusable. Practical and useful. An original gift idea.

Preparation: Pour the contents of the jar into a bowl and add a bottle of beer. Knead everything with your hands or a dough hook for about 3-4 minutes until the dough easily pulls away from the bottom of the bowl. Let the dough rest covered with a cloth in a warm place for about 10 minutes. Then knead the dough again.

Shape into two small loaves and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or fill two small loaf pans that have been greased beforehand. Let them rest covered in a warm place for about 40 minutes until the volume has doubled. Then lightly brush with water, optionally score the top or sprinkle with seeds or flour. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan) for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
