The olives are organically grown and harvested early when they are still green from Sergio and his family's Sicilian orchard. They are cold-pressed within 12 hours and filtered through cellulose panels to remove 100% of residue. The end result is ólixir™, a high-potency organic extra virgin olive oil. It is rich in aroma, flavour and health-promoting nutrients.

Sergio is the young producer of Olixir®️.
In 2017, he decided to take over the family olive grove at the foot of Mount San Calogero in Sicily, which had been abandoned for several years.
Driven by the desire to honour the memory of his grandmother, who died that same year, as well as the efforts that his grandparents had devoted to this land, he gradually became passionate about the challenge of producing a superior quality, organic, extra virgin olive oil.
This family project gradually became a true vocation...
In 2019, he left his job to found Food for Health® and devote himself fully to this mission: to offer you fresh olive oil, from the latest harvest, with exceptional taste and aroma, but also with a beneficial impact on health.
