Lima Wasabi paste is 100% organic and contains 10% of the very rare Wasabi japonica root, which is true wasabi. It contains no thickeners or colorings. Whether used for traditional Japanese dishes or to enhance Western recipes such as sauces, soups, spreads, dips, and dressings, Lima Wasabi adds a special touch to every dish.
Usage: Perfect for preparing Japanese dishes, stir-fries, sauces, dips, and dressings. A delicious salad dressing can be quickly made by mixing some wasabi paste with olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and fruit juice of your choice.
