Description
This instant soup, highly appreciated by Lima customers, has been part of our range for over 20 years. It is prepared according to a traditional Japanese recipe using miso and wakame seaweed. The dish is complemented by small croutons made from thin slices of Fu (wheat gluten).

Pour the contents of a packet of Instant Miso Soup into a cup, add boiling water, mix well, and enjoy a wonderful cup of soup.

Freeze-dried red miso (whole soybeans, whole rice, sea salt, A. Oryzae), freeze-dried tofu (soy, kuzu, coagulant: nigari) 4.0%, wakame seaweed 2.0%.
