Description
Genmai Su is a rice vinegar with a beautiful honey color. Its fresh taste is particularly mild, which is attributed to the rice variety and the production method. Genmai Su is less acidic than conventional vinegar types.
Application
Genmai Su makes vinaigrettes, pickles, marinades, and salads especially delicate. Its flavor also pairs perfectly with grain and vegetable dishes. For a delicious salad in no time, just a splash of both vinegars (Ume and Genmai) and a spoonful of olive oil is enough!
