Pasta made exclusively from durum wheat semolina from Italian organic farming. Using a traditional method, the dough is slowly and under high pressure extruded through bronze dies. The strong pressure gives the pasta a high density, which contributes to its excellent cooking and bite resistance. The gentle and slow drying process preserves important vital and flavor substances. Due to its slightly porous surface, the pasta pairs beautifully with pesto or delicious tomato sauces after cooking. No egg added.
