A fine base for delicious soups, stews, and sauces made from beef. Beef broth refined with various spices. Versatile in use. Content: 400 ml. A fine foundation for sauces and soups. Ideal for flavorful beef dishes as well as pâtés, jellies, and vegetable dishes.
Preparation:
Sauces: Reduce the broth by half. Stir in small pieces of butter until the desired consistency is achieved. The sauce can be seasoned by adding a bit of wine or fresh herbs.
Soups: Add vegetables or other ingredients to the broth according to a recipe or your preference. With beef broth, you can easily prepare sauces, soups, jellies, and aspics. Broths enhance vegetables and stock.
